The funds from this program are intended to assist with critical expenses like rent, property taxes, and utility bills, offering much-needed relief to vulnerable populations. Administered by the Colorado State Revenue Department, the stimulus checks aim to ease some of the financial burdens faced by elderly and disabled residents.
